Scope Of Work

The Fashion District Philadelphia, spanning three city blocks downtown, reimagines the former Gallery mall into a destination for shopping, dining, entertainment and even art installations.  This Aramark at Fashion District Philadelphia encompasses the new construction of seven exciting dining establishments: Chickie & Pete's, Oath Pizza, La Madeleine, Freshii, Burger Fi, Pei Wei and Chick-Fil-A.  In addition, the project scope also included Aramark offices, storage, cashroom, and walk-in cooler and freezer boxes on the truck dock level.  Our project team also coordinated all kitchen equipment and millwork for each venue.
