Scope Of Work
in 1999, Imhotep began the 2008-2009 school year in a new 80,000 square-foot facility. OmniVest as the developer on this project, directing the design and site work, securing $8 million in tax-free financing, and serving as the owner's representative during the construction phase. Imhotep is the first charter school in Philadelphia's history to build a new school facility.
