Scope Of Work
An ASPIRA of Pennsylvania School, the school is a $7 million renovation of 70,883 square-foot a former manufacturing facility for reuse as a state-of-the-art K-8 charter school to accommodate 700 elementary school students. The school includes spacious classrooms, library, laboratories for science and computers, specialized classrooms, and a full commercial kitchen. OmniVest coordinated acquisition of site, secured and financing for $9.9 million project, as project manager for K-8 school, and provided program management support, which included planning and implementation grant writing services.
