Brodheadsville is a build to suit medical office building for St. Luke's University Health Network. The building is located in Brodheadsville, Monroe County, situated at the intersection of Routes 715 and 209. Construction began in May 2017 and the completion date is set to be December 2017. This building is a single story 15,000 SF medical office building that will house Physical therapy, Primary Care, Care Now and Lab Blood Draw.
