Scope Of Work
A build-to-suit medical facility, this is one of twelve outpatient physical therapy units of the St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network, conveniently located at the PA Rt. 412 interchange of I-78. It was developed as part of a mixed use project that also includes hospitality uses. Adjacent is an upscale multi-family residential community developed by Ashley Development, Bethlehem Fields. The project was completed in 2006.
