Scope Of Work
Caramoor Village is a 114-unit active adult community with an adjacent 74-bed assisted living facility affording the opportunity for a continuum of care for seniors. The Shoppes at Caramoor Village is a 25,000 s.f. convenience retail center with a drug store, a restaurant, and a bank. A 15,000 s.f. office building has been completed in conjunction with the mixed-use development. Ashley Development acquired the land and all permits, with construction commencing in 2003. The turn-key development was sold to Caracor Development Company upon completion in 2004, ADC worked closely with the new owner on leasing.
