Scope Of Work
We completed both the interior and exterior improvements for Community Aid at their 58,000 sf York, PA location including new retail, office and production space. The work consisted of the construction of four offices, two conference rooms, a break room, and four restrooms. A new eight cash register wrap and high-end display area were installed in the 36,000 sf retail space, along with ten dressing rooms. The 18,000 sf warehouse houses a wall mounted baling machine, production space, storage closets and loading dock. All new LED lighting was installed throughout the building. Additionally, a large glass and aluminum storefront system was installed along with new soffit, dryvit and paint. A donation drop-off lane was created along the side of the building complete with a large cantilevered canopy.
