Scope Of Work
A.P. Williams, Inc. was hired by Laughner and Patel Developers to provide site design, site construction and design / build services for the construction of a new one-story, 17,101 sf building in York, PA. The building shell consisted of structural steel with a split-face masonry and brick façade with ACM metal panel accents, canopies and metal sunshades. During the construction of the shell, A. P. Williams, Inc. also completed a 7,042 sf tenant fit-out for DaVita Dialysis. Several months later, we contracted directly with Wellspan Health to construct a 10,000 sf family medicine center in the remaining portion of the building.
