Scope Of Work
Worked with Select Capital Properties to complete comprehensive renovations to a 6-story, 215,000 square foot office building. The building was not in code compliance. Our scope of work included installing insulated wall panels, a high-end glass system, an overhaul of the MEP systems, common area improvements and select tenant fit outs.
