Scope Of Work
Marco Contractors has built more Harbor Freight Tools than any other general contractor. Construction of this Harbor Freight store in Pico Rivera, CA, involved a complete site development package, including installation of all site utilities, and the erection of a 15,000 square foot building. California’s energy code (Title 24) requires the installation of a comprehensive energy management system. Marco consulted with the owner and helped design and implement this system to ensure timely completion. Project completion was set for thirty-three weeks, yet we were able to deliver two (2) months early.
