Scope Of Work
38 assisted living units and 18 memory care units are home to the building’s tenants. An underground PT-concrete parking garage houses 20 parking stalls and a PT-concrete first floor features common area spaces. Floors 2-4 are wood frame and include all of the housing and support systems.
