Scope Of Work
Benihana Scottsdale features 20 teppan-cooking grilles, each with exhaust hoods in the main dining area, a separate bar area, full commercial kitchen, and a sushi bar. The sushi bar features custom granite and terazzo tops with a custom-made washi screen hanging above the sushi bar.
Heavy mechanical and electrical components include teppan grille exhaust fans with prefabricated roof curbs, gas-fired roof top units, and prefabricated curbs. Complete fire suppression piping was installed on each exhaust hood, meeting stringent codes set forth by the City of Scottsdale.
