Scope Of Work
New Store Build Outs
J.L. Moore has completed eight new store build outs across Ohio and Michigan. Projects average approximately 35,000 square-feet consisting of combining multiple existing smaller tenant spaces, or demising a much larger space and then completing the interior build out of the demised space.
Projects consist of new or upgraded electrical service, new HVAC system including new rooftop units, new ceilings, lighting, flooring, and construction of the new stockroom, office and restrooms. Typical projects include exterior canopy renovations, storefront glass and door modifications, and signage.
