Scope Of Work
Futron provided total lifecycle solutions to the SSA for its national video teleconferencing network. We maintained 99.999% uptime for more than 2,000 systems throughout the United States, Pacific Rim, and Caribbean. Additional tasks included engineering and designing VTC systems, product acquisition and installation, maintenance services, end-of-life upgrades, and help desk support for SSA’s entire network. Futron also provided support to SSA’s two National Communication Centers (NCCs) and five Regional Operations Centers (ROCs).
