Scope Of Work
The restoration consisted of repair and replacement to roofing and masonry/stone entries at the 11,000 sq. ft. existing Historic Courthouse building located in Dobson, NC. The improvement included selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, historic masonry cleaning, repointing of historic stone masonry joints, unit masonry, anchored stone masonry veneer, metal railings, epdm roofing, roof accessories, stone facing, exterior painting, storm drainage, emergency lights & exits, site clearing, earth moving, concrete paving, and temporary chain link fencing.
