Scope Of Work
The project consisted of a new one story Branch Bank building of approximately 2,572 square feet with an 862 sqft Drive-Through Canopy and a 278 sqft Portico. The work included reinforcing steel, cast-in-place concrete, GFRC columns and cornices, unit masonry, brick veneer, pre-cast stone, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, pre-fabricated wood trusses, interior finish carpentry, plastic laminate cabinets w/ granite countertops, waterproofing, insulation, exterior insulation finish system (EIFS), asphalt shingles, gutters & downspouts, vinyl soffits, hollow metal doors & frames, wood doors, aluminum entrances & storefronts, glazing, door hardware, metal furring and gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, solid polymer fabrications, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, signage, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical requirements. Site work consisted of selective demolition, erosion control, grading, termite control, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs and sidewalks, vinyl fencing, water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and seeding.
