Scope Of Work
The project consists of the construction of a 3,541 square foot fellowship addition. The scope included a large fellowship hall (vaulted ceiling), supported with a kitchen, pantry, storage and mechanical room, along with four classrooms, pastor’s office and men’s and women’s restrooms. The construction consisted of concrete footings with CMU masonry foundation walls, load bearing wood framing, wood roof trusses, brick veneer and wood siding exterior, asphalt shingles, aluminum framed windows and doors, along with all interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical requirements. Site work shall consisted of stripping topsoil, grade building pad, termite control, new concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, gravel parking, water lines, sanitary sewer lines and landscaping.
