Scope Of Work
The project consisted of the addition of a 987 square foot room adjoining to the existing building to serve as additional sales floor area. The work includes selective demolition, grading, storm drainage, concrete footings, slab-on-grade, exterior masonry walls, wood trusses, asphalt shingles, painting, flooring, ceiling, HVAC, and electrical.
