Scope Of Work
The project is the construction of a new 5,711 sqft Community Center and all associated site development for the Mount Airy Housing Authority. The work included cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, load bearing metal stud framing, wood trusses, brick veneer, asphalt shingle roofing, metal soffit panels, aluminum-framed entrance, vinyl windows, along with all interior finishes, specialties, plumbing, mechanical and electrical requirements. Site work consisted of selective demolition, termite control, fencing, new concrete and asphalt pavements, curbs & sidewalks, water lines, sanitary sewer and landscaping.
