Scope Of Work
The project is a 4,866 square foot renovation/interior up-fit for the conversion of the Maintenance Building to a Skill Learning Center for the Statesville Housing Authority. The renovation/interior up-fit consisted of adding new classrooms, offices, lobby, restrooms, breakroom, and a conference room. The construction will consisted of selective demolition, masonry openings, steel lintels, wood framing, wood trim, cabinets, plastic laminate countertops, insulation, hollow metal, wood doors, aluminum framed windows, finish hardware, glazing, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, toilet compartments, fire-protection specialties, accordion folding partition, toilet accessories, manually operated projected screens, plumbing, hvac and electrical requirements. Exterior work consisted of a new concrete stoop and asphalt patching.
