E.W. This non-profit institution serves as an international center of critical scholarship.   The program spaces include, lecture rooms, offices, library, grand reading room, conference rooms, exhibition galleries, specialized air climate control for selected areas containg collection exhibits. The exterior limestone and brick facades were restored and cleaned. Unique spaces were created by removing floor slabs and reframing for a three-story free standing library structure.
