Scope Of Work
GAC Equity Partners Ltd and GAC Builders Ltd broke ground on July 2011 on a new construction, eight-story mid-rise mixed use project in the Bronx. This new construction project, built byGAC Builders Ltd, provides fifty-nine (59) new residential rental units comprised of thirty-nine (39) two bedroom units, fifteen (15) one bedroom units, and five (5) studio units. First floor commercial space of nearly 12,000 square feet is also included in the project.
