Scope Of Work
In Sept 2013 the principals of GAC Equity and GAC Builders completed the development and construction of a new, eight-story mid-rise mixed use project in the Bronx. This project provided fifty-nine (59) new residential rental units comprised of thirty-nine (39) two bedroom units, fifteen (15) one bedroom units, and five (5) studio units.
First floor commercial space of nearly 12,000 square feet was copmpleted and leased by Dollar Tree, providing not only much needed services to the area but employment opportunities for the community as well.
