Scope Of Work
GAC Equity Partners Ltd. is developing a high end, luxury condominium in NYC's East Village. This 14,000 square foot project will feature a 1st floor and cellar level duplex with a private garden, four floor-through nearly 2,000 square foot units, and a floor-through penthouse with a private, finished roofdeck. Construction, which is expected to start in July 2014, will be done by GAC Equity Partners' construction arm, GAC Builders Ltd.
