Scope Of Work
ICS served as General Contractor for the $1-million, 9,000-square foot renovation of the US Airways Club Room at Newark Liberty International Airport. The project encompassed construction of an upscale lounge and a bar, including all finishes and MEP systems. In a separate assignment, ICS also built US Airways’ ticket counter area and back office facilities at Newark Airport.
