Scope Of Work
Serving as General Contractor, ICS Builders completed an interior build-out of 600,000 square feet of retail space for multiple tenants. The ICS team coordinated all trades on this fast-track, multi-phased project. ICS completed the construction activities on time, allowing the client to meet the schedule for finalizing leasehold agreements.
During the course of the project, ICS built-out spaces for Neiman Marcus, Loehmann’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Windsor, The Chocolate Factory, and many other national and regional retailers. ICS also built public spaces, service areas, and a retail training facility.
