Scope Of Work
ICS Builders completed the interior renovation of two and a half floors, including demolition, fit-out, and installation of all new mechanical and electrical systems. The project has been recognized nationally as an example of a “green” approach to design and construction of office facilities. The headquarters’ design incorporates innovative architectural features and an imaginative selection of high-quality finishes. Construction Managers Association of America honored the Environmental Defense Fund Headquarters with its Interior Project of the Year 2000 award.
