Scope Of Work
This unique development consists of 550,000 sf of a luxury hotel and two separate high-end residential buildings. Anchored on the Brooklyn waterfront, these buildings are located on 108,000 sf of prime real estate in the heart of Brooklyn Bridge Park. This LEED silver certified project includes 194 hotel guestrooms and 106 condominiums. The 10 story hotel features restaurants/bars, health spa, conference/meeting rooms and a banquet facility. Green roofs and fully landscaped public and private terraces are included throughout the hotel and residential buildings.
