Scope Of Work
A 2-Story, 11,937SF Library: on piling and footing block foundation. The Library features custom millwork, high vaulted ceilings, a standing seam metal roof, Hardi-plank siding and cedar shake impression siding; The 2nd floor showcases a Bluestone patio, 3-story vaulted cupola, PVC trim board siding soffit and trim w/ custom decorated brackets, and Versatex;
