Scope Of Work
Hollister Construction Services is transforming the former Trenton Times building into a premier 21st Century School for the International Academy of Trenton Charter School. The International Academy is temporarily located at the former Blessed Sacrament School on Bellevue Avenue in Trenton and will move into the new 80,000sf, two-story state-ofthe- art facility in September 2016. The school, which serves students in grades kindergarten through third, will add one new grade each year until it eventually expands
up to 12th grade.
The reconstruction of the building, sitting on six acres, will happen in phases. The school will have various classrooms, a gymnasium, media centers, science and computer labs, a separate gymnasium for high school students and outdoor sports fields.
The school will be completed by the fall of 2016.
