Scope Of Work
Red Rock Casino • Resort • Spa is located on 70 acres of land close to the majestic Red Rock Mountains in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is approximately 10 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. Inspired by the natural beauty of the neighboring mountains, the property pays homage to the elegant desert oasis resorts of the mid 20th Century. The feel is classic, cool Las Vegas, reinvented for the 21st Century. Designed with all of the services and amenities to become a five-star/five-diamond property, Red Rock Casino redefines how casinos are designed, incorporating natural light and the comforts of a modern lifestyle into the space.
Phase I included a 391,000-square-foot, 17-story, 415-room hotel tower with spa and salon, and a 720,000-square-foot low-rise containing casino, banquet and meeting rooms, restaurants, back-of-house space and a central plant.
Phase II included a 400,000-square-foot, 20-story, 427-room hotel tower, spa expansion, and build-out of four penthouse suites.
