PetSmart works with the Vanstar team from site planning to project costing to renovation and construction of new stores. Vanstar has experience building veterinary clinics within PetSmart stores, remodeling stores and retrofitting existing facilities to meet PetSmart’s needs. The retailer is very cost conscious and demands on-time schedules. It has come to trust Vanstar to deliver a quality product, on time and within budget. PetSmart will often forego the bidding process and work with a Vanstar negotiated contract.
