Scope Of Work
Stonecrest at Clayton View consists of the new construction of assisted living and memory care units in a structural steel and structural metal stud building. The ‘L’ shaped building sits parallel to Highway 40/64, providing great views of the City of Clayton. The building is three levels at grade and one partially below. The basement level includes a 14,000 square foot footprint with walk out residential units directly into the courtyard. An additional 5,000 square feet is added at the entry level floor and continues on the floors above.
Amenities include dining rooms, living rooms, a café, activity rooms, theater, spas, resident-use laundries, commercial kitchen, and small commercial laundry.
