Scope Of Work
We have been involved with many complex projects allowing our expertise to compliment religious building construction. Religious facilities' finishes must be first class, projecting unique qualities to capture and enhance parishioners to the aesthetics of their faith. Construction schedules are strictly maintained to facilitate parishioners attending worship to meet construction deadlines.
Jorgenson Construction Inc. provided Construction Management services for this 54,000 square foot religious campus. This facility was constructed primarily of masonry with brick exterior finish. The structural system consists of both concrete masonry for the lower level and steel for the roof and upper levels. The interior finishes consist of red oak for the woodwork, carpet and porcelain tile for floor materials with scored concrete block and painted gypsum board for the walls.
