Scope Of Work
JE Dunn is constructing approximately 200 residential units comprised of 113 independent living units, 64 assisted living units, and 23 memory care/assisted living units totaling approximately 281,000 square feet. The project consists of a single level subterranean (Basement Level) parking structure podium comprised of steel and concrete, with occupied levels above. The first level of construction on the podium will be of non-combustible framed and enclosed occupied space, and the remaining four levels of occupied space above floor one will be of wood-framed construction, comprised of two towers, with one of the towers being two additional occupied levels on the east (floors two and three), and the other tower being four additional occupied levels on the west.
