Located at 8275 – 210th Street, Lakeville, MN, this new design-build office remodel project consists of 3,050 SF, single story building with a basement. This interior and exterior remodel project includes demo work, a new roof line, an updated entrance and vestibule, framing in of the rooftop unit and interior build-out for new office spaces, transforming this former restaurant into new professional office space.
