Scope Of Work
Commercial remodel and renovations project is completed for ProBuild in Oak Grove, Minnesota, by APPRO Development. This project consisted of the interior renovation of two buildings, the Sales and Truss Buildings, outlined below:
The “Sales Building” portion of the work included an interior build out of an existing 44,000 sq. ft. building, including approximately 43,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and an interior build out with 12 offices, an open office area, two conference/board rooms, a retail showroom, a break room and bathroom facilities.
Additional features and amenities of this commercial construction project included:
Sawcut concrete floor for in-floor plumbing piping
Frame, rock, tape, sand and paint new interior walls
Install in wall plumbing, electrical rough-in, HVAC ducting rough-in
Install restroom ceramic tile
Install ceiling grid, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures and drop HVAC ducting
Install ceiling tiles, floor carpeting and VCT
Install cabinetry
