Scope Of Work
AVB’s relationship with Borgess Health has included projects valued at more than $100 million on the main Kalamazoo campus. AVB managed the construction of the Stryker Center, the Brain and Spine Institute, the 950 space parking deck, and dozens of other expansions and renovations at the main campus and at numerous satellite locations around the region. These projects have taken place on occupied campuses, often with medical treatments taking place literally on the other side of the wall.
