Scope Of Work
This project comprised the construction of a new campus entrance including deceleration lane (with associated right-of-way work), guard house, and a dormitory building. In addition to resident units, the dormitory features space for 24/7 staff as well as on-site counseling services.
A secured entrance to the facility had to be established during construction of the new entrance. Stringent site security protocol, including building doors with unique operations and individual keying, required extensive construction site security and close coordination with facility security/maintenance/operations for all related activities.
