Scope Of Work
Repurpose an existing antique building for new commercial office use. Repair and refinish both exterior and interior. The new space features repurposed hardwood flooring, exposed cedar sidewall on the addition, clear coat fir beams and planking on the ceiling, handicap accessibility, upgraded electrical, plumbing and HVAC, along with a complete security system, employee card access and a parking lot large enough to accommodate their fleet of vehicles and transport vans.
