Scope Of Work
Developed by Kimco Realty, Grand Parkway Marketplace is a two-phased retail development, spanning more than 100 acres in the Houston metro . Phase I of the project included construction of a 126,000-square-foot Target along with more than eight junior anchors.
Phase I of the project included construction of a 126,000-square-foot Target along with more than eight junior anchors, including PetSmart, DSW, Party City, Burlington, Michaels, TJ Maxx, and Ulta Cosmetics. EMJ constructed the shells of all anchor stores and completed the interior build-out on several. Our team also performed all site work on the 75-acre site, including a boardwalk and fountains surrounding a clear water lake.
Phase II of the development is a 36-acre, 275,000-square-foot project across the street from Phase I. It includes 13 build-to-suit retail spaces, including Academy Sports + Outdoors.
