Scope Of Work
Major renovation in which construction was completed on every phase in less than 4 months
Included all sitework, a swimming pool, outdoor dining areas with stone fire pits, public spaces, and a putting green
New HVAC systems installed in every guest room:
The White Elephant has 22 guest rooms and 34 one and two-bedroom cottages
The Breakers Inn and Conference Center has 26 guest rooms
The Harbor House has 122 guest rooms, suites, and townhouses and conference/banquet facilities
