Scope Of Work
Renovation of 35,000 square foot historic building
Addition of 25,000 square foot underground addition to house new mechanical systems and a children’s library
Addition work required underpinning existing building so excavation and construction could occur simultaneously with renovations
Lawns and plantings used to screen perimeter of addition extending beyond original foundation and preserve building’s historic profile
