Scope Of Work
A 51,000 square foot public works facility, new construction
8,000 square feet of office space with tenant improvements
42,950 square feet of garage, public works, vehicle storage, and maintenance space
Included removal of over 75,000 cubic yards of rock to facilitate foundation and utility work
Value engineering implemented a pre-engineered building system saving owner approximately 20 percent of the project cost
