Scope Of Work
Our design build team met with the homeowners who were originally interested in a one floor sprawling ranch for aging in place purposes. Due to lot constraints they could not get all the space they wanted in a one floor house. We worked together to design this nice Victorian and overcame the aging in place requirements by installing a residential elevator which provides access to each floor. The home blends in very well in this nice neighborhood.
