Scope Of Work
Razed house and constructed a new 3-story steel frame structure. Interior appointments on the first floor bank include custom mahogany doors, teller’s desks, millwork, and banker’s equipment. The second and third floor includes tenant space for a Lawyer, Financial Consultant and Dental Surgeon. The exterior is wood clapboard with copper trim details. Site work includes landscaping, a new sprinkler system and a drive-through window.
