Scope Of Work
The Newton Fire Station #4 project consisted of a complete interior renovation of the existing 12,300sf building as well as a new masonry stairwell addition. The HVAC, plumbing and Electrical systems were completely upgraded and a new Fire Protection System installed. The apparatus bay doors where enlarged, new overhead doors installed and the building received a new masonry veneer. A new emergency generator was also installed.
