Scope Of Work
The Carroll County Youth Service Bureau is a 22,500 square foot building located in Westminster, Maryland. This family counseling center was constructed in 2008 and includes administrative offices, counseling suites, conference areas and a large multi-purpose suite. Extensive site improvements were included in our scope of work including the relocation and extension of existing utilities and the installation of an intersection traffic signal.
