Scope Of Work
CIC is very proud to be the General Contractor for the Fallston Mall Redevelopment. The work at this job site lasted over a year and including refacing the entire exterior to all existing buildings. It also included of the entire job and all phases including of a new Movie Theatre structure, structural framing of the movie theater walls, ceilings, drywall, etc. Complete -out of Anytime Fitness Space, ATI Physical Therapy, Interior walls and ceilings and Choice One Urgent Care and Smitty's Liquors. The work here included other items like new TPO roofs and all other items involved with making this once dilapidated site into a destination for Harford County.
