Scope Of Work
This project was a tenant fit-out for True Cycling Studio. The new build-out included concrete, steel, and low-voltage integration amongst other trades that required special attention to detail. This project was a success due to pre-construction planning that allowed for an aggressive, fast-paced schedule to be met even with long-lead items. The newly constructed mezzanine added roughly 675 SF to the project bringing the total finished studio to approximately 4,000 SF including both a Spin Room as well as a functional fitness room.
